You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your ase58 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. ase58 will not be held liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials. You must notify ase58 support immediately upon becoming aware of any actual or suspected unauthorized access to your account.
ase58 accounts held by Philippine players are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) by default. All displayed balances, wager amounts, winnings, and bonus values on the Platform are expressed in the account's designated currency unless otherwise explicitly stated.

ase58 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or decline withdrawal requests where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or collusion; (c) the account is subject to an active investigation; (d) applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied; or (e) applicable legal or regulatory obligations require ase58 to withhold funds pending investigation or reporting.
An account is considered inactive where there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. ase58 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to ₱200 per month against the balance of inactive accounts, following written notification to the registered email address or mobile number. Where the account balance reaches zero, the account will be closed. Players may reactivate their accounts by contacting ase58 support.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ase58 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

ase58's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your ase58 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ase58's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
ase58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, if ase58 has reasonable grounds to believe that you have: (a) breached any provision of these Terms; (b) engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct; (c) provided false identification or KYC documentation; (d) engaged in bonus abuse or multi-accounting; or (e) posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds and associated winnings shall be forfeited. Verified real-money balances (net of applicable bonus forfeitures) will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of any outstanding compliance review, unless the account balance itself is subject to a law enforcement hold or court order.
You may request voluntary closure of your ase58 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be disbursed to your registered payment method.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ase58 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
For gaming-related disputes involving game outcomes or payout calculations, ase58's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external proceedings are initiated. Dispute resolution requests may be submitted to ase58 support and will receive a written response within ten (10) business days.
ase58 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ase58 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 13 of these Terms. The version of the Terms in force at the time any dispute arises shall govern the resolution of that dispute.
