Bonus Terms Explained — Plain English
Bonus promotions can be genuinely valuable — but confusing terms trip up a lot of Filipino players. Here's a quick jargon decoder so you always know what you're agreeing to before claiming any offer.

Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet your bonus amount before you can withdraw any winnings derived from it. A 10x rollover means if you received a ₱1,000 bonus, you need to place ₱10,000 in total bets before cashing out. X15 = ₱15,000 in bets; X20 = ₱20,000.
Example: Claim ₱1,000 bonus with X15 rollover → bet ₱15,000 total → then withdraw.
Maximum Bet During Bonus
While using bonus funds, most platforms cap the maximum single bet at a fixed amount — typically ₱250 to ₱500 per spin or bet round. Exceeding this limit can void your bonus entirely, so always check this figure before playing.
Example: If the max bonus bet is ₱300 and you place a ₱600 bet while using bonus funds, the bonus may be forfeited.
Game Contribution Rate
Not all games contribute equally toward clearing your wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% — meaning every ₱100 bet counts as ₱100 toward the rollover. Table games like blackjack or baccarat often contribute only 10–20%.
Example: ₱1,000 on slots = ₱1,000 rollover progress. ₱1,000 on baccarat (10% rate) = only ₱100 rollover progress.
Bonus Expiry Window
Bonuses have a time limit. Common windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. If you don't complete the rollover within this window, the bonus and any associated winnings are typically removed from your account.
Example: Bonus credited on Monday, 7-day expiry → complete wagering by next Sunday or lose it.
Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses
A non-sticky bonus means the bonus amount itself can eventually be withdrawn once you complete the wagering requirement. A sticky bonus stays in your account permanently as "play money" — you can only withdraw actual cash winnings generated from it, never the bonus principal itself.
Example (sticky): You have ₱1,000 sticky bonus + ₱500 real money. Winnings above ₱500 are withdrawable; the ₱1,000 bonus stays locked forever.
Maximum Cash-out from Bonus
Even after completing your wagering requirement, many bonuses cap the total amount you can withdraw from bonus-derived winnings. A typical cap is 3x–5x the bonus value. Real money deposits and winnings from your own funds are generally not subject to this limit.
Example: ₱500 bonus with 5x max cash-out → maximum you can withdraw from that bonus is ₱2,500, regardless of actual winnings.
